Velvet & Chrome is open to people of any gender over the age of 18.

Late Cancel and No-Show Policy:

A cancellation within 12 hours of class time is considered "late" and that credit will be forfeited with an additional charge of $10.

"No shows" and late cancels will forfeit credit and receive a $10 fee if cancellation happens
12 hours or less before your class begins.

Velvet&Chrome has a no refund policy.

Drop in's have a 30 day expiration date from time of purchase.

As workshops are not Velvet & Chrome regular class schedule, there are no refunds and credits do not transfer to Velvet & Chrome classes.

Please help keep our studio clean.
Clean up after yourself and throw trash into the garbage.

Respect others’ privacy.
Ask for consent from anyone who can be seen in the background of your video before posting it online.

Safety first.
Students should not be spotting other students during class. Please wait for the instructor to assist.

Be kind and respectful.
This is a shared space with other students. Let’s keep it positive for everyone.
