  • Never touched a pole before? New to dance? Then this is the class for you! We promise you are stronger than you realize. In this class you will learn all the basics to get comfortable introducing yourself to a new type of movement. Wear whatever clothing you feel comfortable in- shorts are encouraged but not mandatory. Heels are allowed, but we recommend trying your first class barefoot or wearing socks.

  • Yes, the pole spins! 

    In this class, students will discover how to harness momentum and inertia to perform graceful, flowing trick combinations.

    You’ll have the opportunity to learn choreography and the fundamentals of tricks on the spin pole, making it a fantastic way to elevate your introductory class experience. We can’t wait to see you there!

    Prerequisites: Satin Flow - Intro to Pole

  • Yes, the pole spins! Students will learn how to use momentum and inertia to their advantage while executing graceful and flowy trick combos. Tricks will be taught both from the ground and up in the air with no inverting. Shorts or stick pants required.

    Prerequisites: Must have a strong pole sit and jasmine.

  • Contemporary pole dance focuses on fusing elements of classical, modern, and jazz styles with traditional pole dance. Students will learn choreography with unique flows and movement that focuses on moments of pause and emotional portrayal, while still floating through the air. Kneepads required, socks advised, though class can be done in heels if desired.

    Level: Beginner+
    Prerequisites: This should not be your first pole class, but if you've taken a few Intros and feel comfortable with what you learned you are in the right place.

  • Feeling ready to get your feet off the ground? This class is for those that have some pole experience and are ready to elevate their training to the next level. Students will focus on static (non-spinning pole) tricks, and learn how to safely and effectively invert, climb, and execute beginner combos. Shorts or sticky leggings are required for effective grip on the pole.

    Prerequisites: Solid pole sit, jasmine and pole climb. If these are not skills you feel stable in, try Fundamentals instead.

  • Get ready to push your training even further! For more advanced students, this class contains aerial combos, inversions, and tricks with only two points of contact on the pole.

    Level: Intermediate+
    Prerequisites: Must be comfortable entering inverted shapes aerially

  • This is an all levels flexibility class, so whether you are trying to increase your range of motion to get that new pole skill, or you just want to get your body moving normally again after a long day sitting in an office chair, this is the class for you. Instructors will teach deep stretches supported by strength conditioning warm ups focusing on proper muscle engagement and technique to help you maintain and increase your flexibility as productively and safely as possible.

    Please wear clothing you feel comfortable moving in and kneepads and/or a yoga mat.

  • Just finished your intro series and ready for the next level? Or maybe you just want to check in on your foundations and make sure your form is on track. This class will help you build or refine all the core fundamental tricks and movements upon which all other tricks and combos will build. Learn to dance your climb, jasmine like a pro, and work towards getting upside down with a strong emphasis on safe form and consistent execution.

    Level: Beginner +
    Prerequisites: Intro to Pole

  • Right side up feeling good and ready to go upside-down? Or do you want to get back to the invert foundations to be comfier head down ass up? This class will help you build or refine all the core fundamental tricks and movements upon which all other inverted tricks and combos will build. Get ready to get inverted, and work towards getting upside down in multiple different ways with a strong emphasis on safe form and consistent execution as well as options for different body types and strength levels.

    Level: Beginning Intermediate
    Prerequisites: Fundemetals Lvl 1

  • In this class, you'll build a strong foundation in the core movements of pole dance, focusing on key elements that prepare you for Level 1/2 flow. You'll break down and learn foundational techniques like leg waves, pirouettes, and all those smooth, gooey movements that make pole dance so captivating.

    Before jumping into a choreo class, take the time to master these essential skills to enhance your flow and control. Whether you're just starting out or are curious about getting comfortable in your new stripper heels, this class is the perfect opportunity to try them for the first time and feel confident while moving.

    This class is designed to give you the groundwork needed to flow seamlessly into more advanced levels of pole dance.

    Prerequisites: Satin Flow - Intro to Pole

  • Lace up your heels and strap on your kneepads for some down and dirty floorwork. This class will answer the question "but what do I do without a pole?".

    Students will learn grounded transitions, tricks and flow in a variety of styles.

    Kneepads required and Heels are highly encouraged but not mandatory.

    Beginner+

    Prerequisites: Intro to Pole Dance or some non-pole dance experience advised

  • This is an open level pole class for Skrippers by Skrippers. Learn from club professionals with years of experience in the industry. This is not a class to "try on" a new profession, but it is a great place to get tips and tricks for your next stage set.

    Clubwear advised but not required

    Please only sign up for this class if you are a current or recent skripper/SWer.

  • This class is for anyone who identifies as mid or plus sized or larger bodied. Taught by an instructor who knows larger bodies have different strengths and has experience cueing, teaching, and living in a larger body.

     All our classes are for all bodies, but this class is for our plush sized friends only.

    Perquisites: Intro to Pole and Fundamentals

  • This class is all about power tricks and combos that usually don't require you to take off your pants. You will get dynamic transitions to and from the floor as well as around the base of the pole. This is the home of hardcore tricks with no climbing required.

    Level: Intermediate +
    Prerequisites: Strong jasmine

  • Feel yourself and learn pole dance in its most classic form, featuring low flow combos and static spins. This is the class for you to sweat it out while still being able to pirouette, body roll and leg wave your heart out.

    Kneepads required, Heels heavily encouraged (if you don't plan to wear heels, bring socks!)

    Prerequisites: Intro to Pole, or previous pole dance experience

  • Looking to add more spice to your heel flow? This choreography class will incorporate some more complex base work, optional tricks and static spin combos. The focus is still on the dance and there will be many options and modifications for the hard parts, but there will be hard parts.

    Kneepads required, Heels heavily encouraged (if you don't plan to wear heels, bring socks!)

    Prerequisites: Solid pirouettes, fan kicks and static spins
